This role focuses on delivering quick-turnaround, data-driven solutions that address business challenges across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, an ability to work with diverse data sources, and a passion for solving complex problems through data insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, quickly scope projects, and deliver rapid analytics solutions that meet business needs.

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and solution development.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Assist in the automation of data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Support the adoption and integration of emerging tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance analytics capabilities.

• Continuously monitor and maintain analytics deliverables to ensure they stay relevant to evolving business requirements.

• Offer training and guidance to stakeholders on the use of analytics tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, related field considered

.

• Experience in data analysis, data visualization, related analytics role considered

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience with data preparation and cleaning for rapid solution development.

• Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) and their application in data workflows.

Desired Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business domains.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with agile project management methodologies.

• Exposure to AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in a business context.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS.

• Familiarity with IBM products such as Data Stage, Cloud Pak for Data, and Watson Studio.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
