The 505 Aircraft Sales Strategy Manager role is a great growth opportunity for individuals with aspirations to grow within the Global Sales organization. The 505 Sales Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with the local regional teams to establish near-term plans and long-term strategies to grow the 505 customer base across all market segments. In this role, you will develop relationships with customers and industry for the purpose of achieving the annual and long-term sales goals for the 505 Program.

This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, development, and maintenance of 505 sales opportunities lists and priorities. This includes research to develop new and existing customer opportunities as well as understanding regional influences (ie. economic, political, regulatory, influential industry organizations, etc)

  • Develop 505 sales strategy in assigned region based on customer opportunities and priorities. This includes developing industrial relationships, gathering and reporting on market intelligence and customer feedback, collaboration on product and business roadmap development.

  • Supporting role in Bell team collaboration on proposal responses.

  • Development and maintenance of the Bell 505 Value Proposition by market segment for assigned region.

  • Fiduciary responsibility for business conduct, travel expenses, budget management, and corporate credit card use.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Aviation or similar field.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of aviation related business experience.

  • Must have experience in sales or marketing or engineering.

  • Must have polished professional communication skills. Target market includes high net worth individuals.

  • Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a geographically distributed organization.

  • Candidate must have, or be able to obtain, the legal right to obtain Travel Visas to conduct business in all countries within assigned region.

  • Must be able to travel internationally approximately 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience with >$1M luxury items.

  • Prior rotorcraft industry experience.

  • Current helicopter pilot license.

  • Bell product experience.
