Berry Street | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Pay Rate: | $25.5548 - $33.4744 per hour | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Job Description: | SUMMARY | | | | | | Working under direction of the | | | Theatre Assistant Manager - | | | Production Lead, incumbent | | | assists groups and/or performers | | | with sound needs for their event. | | | The incumbent is expected to | | | exercise good judgment, | | | independence, initiative, and | | | professional expertise in | | | conducting day-to-day operations. | | | All work duties and activities | | | must be performed in accordance | | | with the City safety rules and | | | operating regulations, policies | | | and procedures as well as | | | federal, state, and local | | | regulations. | | | | | | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND | | | RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the | | | ability to interact with the | | | public, City incumbents, and | | | outside agencies with patience, | | | tact, respect, and | | | professionalism and the | | | following. Other duties may be | | | assigned. | | | | | | - Efficiently sets-up, | | | executes, and takes down all | | | sound equipment for theater | | | events; | | | - Assists Theatre Attendant - | | | Pro uction Lead in advancing | | | sound needs of productions; | | | | | | {=html} | | | | | | | | | - Must be expert level in | | | setting up and mixing with | | | analogue and digital consoles | | | and related outboard gear; | | | | | | {=html} | | | | | | | | | - Does minor equipment repairs; | | | - Provides excellent customer | | | service. | | | | | | MARGINAL FUNCTIONS | | | | | | - Recommends and evaluates | | | needed equipment; | | | | | | {=html} | | | | | | | | | - Performs other duties as | | | assigned. | | | | | | PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS | | | | | | The incumbent is responsible to | | | manage their performance in | | | accordance with this job | | | description and the performance | | | expectations provided to them by | | | management.
