Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting, call center, or clerical position preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required.
Referral management experience is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
General computer skills required.
Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology.
