We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: * We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility based Responsibilities   Responsibilities of the Staffing Manager include, but are not limited to the following: Develop recruitment resources   * Attend/coordinate recruitment events * Assess staffing recruitment needs * Develops accounts through analysis of client needs * Responsible to serve as a public relations representative of BrightStar * Research open jobs with active clients * Call for open positions from clients * Maintain KPI report data and update weekly * Expected to meet monthly / quarterly sales goals * Perform weekly quality checks on all clients * Enter and update open positions * Obtain and maintain all staff credentials * Assist in staff orientation, annual reviews, and any disciplinary action * On-Call rotation * Attend Team weekly meetings * Coordinate with Home Care and Skilled teams regarding staff availability. Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages and on-boarding new hires. Requirements * A bachelors degree is required or equivalent experience with a high school diploma * Experience with recruiting, healthcare recruiting a plus. * General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. * Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. * Skills in database management and record keeping. * Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. * Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule. * Excellent organizational skills. * Gather and analyze information skillfully. * One to two years of human resources experience required; one to two years of recruiting experience preferred. * Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
