*Job Summary: *

Managing an organization's financial information and ensuring its accuracy. Accounting involves the recording and reporting of financial transactions while finance deals with managing the organization's financial resources and making decisions that maximize its value. The accounting and finance function is responsible for creating financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They also oversee tax compliance, cash, and risk management, and manage the organization's investments. This function informs stakeholders of the organization's financial health, and their decisions impact the allocation of resources and the organization's ability to grow and succeed. By providing insights into the organization's financials, the accounting and finance function helps to guide decision-making and ensure that the organization is operating efficiently and effectively.

• This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of the annual base salary.

Work locations of each position will be determined during the hiring process. Each work location will depend on business needs and the essential functions of the position.
