Job Summary

Havel is looking for an Operations Manager in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position, you will work with customers on Controls projects, project schedules, manage a group of electricians and software engineers for the projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with customers on Controls projects and project schedules

• Manage a group of electricians and software engineers for the projects.

• Safety responsibility for the field in coordination with the Safety Team.

• Manage account relationships with existing customers.

• Must be organized and possess good time management skills to prioritize workload

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with HVACR systems

• Minimum 5 years of experience in temperature controls

• OSHA Safety awareness

• Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Mathematical and financial skills

• Enjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry events

• Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies
