Description Robert Half is actively in search of an Interim Financial Analyst to join a manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, and prepare detailed reports and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess implications of business decisions and to implement financial strategies. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including formulation of budget and forecast reports. Assess financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Aid in implementation of new accounting policies and compliance measures to ensure adherence to local regulations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, and drive efficiency in financial operations. Requirements Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a financial analyst, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Strong understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. Ability to present complex financial information in a simple and concise manner. Strong oral and written communication skills.
