Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our Ft. Wayne office! You will work on-site for land development projects for various clients in Indiana and Ohio. The majority of projects will be private development projects such as residential subdivisions, commercial and retail sites, multi-family sites (apartments and condos), and industrial sites. You will be part of a team of engineers and designers, producing construction plans and ensuring project success through various stages, from site analysis to construction oversight.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering

• Site Development or Transportation engineering experience (1 - 5 years)

Work Environment

The office has a total of 8 people, creating a small and laid-back team environment. The manager is willing to train you to become a Civil Site Engineer. This is a first shift position from 8AM to 5PM with some flexibility on start and end times. The company offers 401K, vacation and holiday pay, life insurance, and quarterly bonuses once permanent. No medical insurance is provided.
