Job Title: B2B Integration Analyst

Reports To: Member/Vendor Engagement Manager

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Job Summary:

As a B2B Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating seamless business interactions between our organization and external partners. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing, analyzing, and enhancing B2B integration processes to ensure efficient data exchange and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain B2B integration processes using industry-standard integration platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely exchange of data with external partners by monitoring and troubleshooting B2B integrations.

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new trading partners by setting up profiles, endpoints, and data mappings.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of EDI transactions from development to testing to production.

  • Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications, data mappings, and integration workflows.

  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external partners regarding B2B integration processes and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration efficiency, data accuracy, and business process automation.

  • Monitor and report on B2B integration performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and business objectives.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B integration, EDI, or a similar role.

  • Proficient in using B2B integration platforms and EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or XML.

  • Experience with integration middleware platforms like B2B Integrator, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar.

  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, HTTPS.
