Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son, LP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented National Service ITM Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the National Service ITM Account Managers, ensuring efficient scheduling, billing, and dispatch for National Service Sales & Agreements. This role requires proficiency in accounting systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage reactive service calls effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to the National Service ITM Account Managers, including scheduling, billing, and dispatch for National Service Sales & Agreements.
Utilize accounting systems to retrieve work order numbers, enter inspection agreements, and run job costs.
Manage and dispatch reactive service calls.
Perform general dispatching duties.
Maintain organized document filing systems.
Process approved quotes and manage them through to completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar support role.
Proficiency in accounting systems and software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
