DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Classification: Technology - Agile, Delivery, & Product

The Senior Business Analyst is a versatile role that is focused on leading technology for ILI Death Claims operations to support our Beneficiaries, Advisors, and Employees. You will help shape and execute on initiatives by analyzing existing processes and systems helping to assist the teams to build tools that are constituent-focused while also ensuring practicality within existing business rules.

This role also works closely with P360 product owners, business partners, and development team members to support the agile development process and ensure that new capabilities and tools meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

This role will focus on aspects of the ILI Death Claim platform and self-service capabilities, building and optimizing in an Agile framework. This role may include working on initiatives that explore and test new experiences in market and initiatives that leverage customer insights to rearchitect the current experience.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office. Travel may be required (approx. 10%)

What you can expect:  * Oversight of P360 operations, coaching, audits, training, controls, and fostering overall process improvement to better service our beneficiaries,  * Partner with the product and initiative owners to understand the end user's needs and struggles to define the requirements in agile stories for development  * Share insights and progress to promote a customer-centric culture and connect the dots across experiences to inform the broader organization  * Collaborate across agile teams within the Platform Journey and across other agile trains.

What you'll need:  * Passionate about improving the Customer and Advisor Experience  * Ability to use data and other sources of information to evaluate and improve processes  * Able to work a matrix/nonhierarchical environment, embracing an agile mentality to evolve with the business  * Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, leadership, other departments and vendors  * Successful problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and partnership skills  * Has a learning mindset to take on versatile roles as required by the team involving analytics, technology, business rule definition, testing, and operationalization  * Intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn, grow, and improve

It'd be a plus if you had:  * Minimum of 2 years working in one or more business functions (Salesforce, Life Insurance, product, service, technology, customer experience, direct-to-consumer)  * Working knowledge of JIRA and Miro

The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
