You will be the Cost Account Manager and Operations Support for the Fort Walton Beach, FL area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Cost Account Manager and Operations Support embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team, your duties will include:

•Supporting production integration efforts and various business processes in a team-based environment.

•The job requires knowledge and experience in several cross-functional areas, including Cost Account Management (CAM), production planning and control, total quality management, engineering (systems, manufacturing, equipment, and facilities), material management, and process reengineering.

•Facilitating self-directed work teams

•Offering training in core skill areas

•Interacting with internal and external customers regarding the CAM function, budget, financial requirements, product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

•To perform this role effectively, you should have experience in one or more areas of Aircraft Integration operations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Desired Skills:

Experience working as a Cost Account Manager/Financial Liasson for a robust team.

Ability to present to all levels of team members, from Sr. Management Levels of various functional teams to Integration team members and all levels in between

Self-motivated/managed/starter

Ability to adjust to daily situations as necessary to complete the mission at hand

Financial Management experience a plus

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
