Job Summary

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.

  • Efficiently fill open positions.

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

  • Utilize emerging technologies for recruitment.

  • Administer end-to-end hiring cycles.

  • Monitor the hiring of candidates, which includes:

  • Application review to ensure candidates are moving through process efficiently and timely.

  • Review voice auditions and record results.

  • Coordinate interview schedules, as needed.

  • Finalize the hiring paperwork and work to resolve any issues and concerns.

  • Complete final offer with candidate.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position is up to $42,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
