Description We are offering an opportunity for an IT Director based in Fort Pierce, Florida. This role operates within the logistics industry and involves providing strategic leadership for all IT functions, maintaining corporate applications, infrastructure, and systems. The IT Director will also partner with third-party teams for technological enhancements and manage a team of multidisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic initiatives to support the organization's applications, infrastructure, and systems.

• Develop and revise policies in response to incidents or changes in the IT environment.

• Ensure the maintenance of all corporate applications, infrastructure, and systems.

• Collaborate with third-party software and infrastructure teams for enhancements related to the company's technologies.

• Provide hands-on team leadership while upholding the company’s values and culture.

• Build strong relationships with department leaders and stakeholders to understand systems solutions' pain points, priorities, and desired outcomes.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of multi-disciplined staff.

• Partner with other teams and vendors to help execute initiatives that drive operational scale, productivity, security, and efficiency.

• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and prompt completion of tasks and initiatives.

• Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts. Requirements

• Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Comprehensive understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Demonstrable experience in CRM systems

• Proficiency in Database Management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Ability to manage and maintain Computer Hardware

• Experience in Contracts negotiation and management

• Proven track record in leading IT Deployments

• Understands and implements Design controls

• Prior work experience in the logistics industry

• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team

• Excellent communication, strategic planning and organizational skills

• Ability to balance IT and business priorities to maximize productivity

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

• Relevant certifications in IT or related field would be advantageous.
