Job Description

As a CDL Driver, you will be operating a water truck to water the sod on site. You will be responsible for operating equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures, ensuring equipment and material are maintained and stored safely. Additionally, you will check filters and grease equipment as required. The role requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a water truck to water the sod on site.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures while operating equipment.

• Maintain and store equipment and materials safely.

• Regularly check filters and grease equipment.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of operating experience, preferably in roadway, DOT, or bridge construction.

• Experience in construction, heavy equipment operation, and heavy civil construction.

• CDL A driver license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in earthworks and heavy civil construction.

Work Environment

This role requires working 100% outdoors, and you must be comfortable working in the heat at all times. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:45 AM to 5 PM, totaling 50-52 hours per week. There may be occasional Saturday work depending on the need.
