Insight Global EPIC Senior Professional Billing Analyst in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Professional Billing Analyst to join a prominent healthcare client. This analyst will be responsible for developing new applications, resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing workflow support and optimization. Key responsibilities include understanding workflow requirements, designing, building, and testing EPIC Professional Billing applications, and managing break-fix issues, troubleshooting, and upgrade requests. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with full build implementations from inception to post-go-live maintenance.

Skills and Requirements

  • EPIC Professional Billing Certification - ACTIVE CERTIFICATION

     - EPIC Claims Experience

     - Knowledge of entire facility structure build -- from application set up, release planning, to Go Live

     - Travel requirements during GoLives (10%)

Team players who are collaborative and comfortable in customer-facing roles - Community Connect experience - highly preferred
