ManTech Cyber Innovation Lead in Fort Meade, Maryland

ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Cyber Innovation Lead, Ft Meade/NBP . The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Providing technical expertise and advisory support in implementing innovative concepts, processes, and technologies within the ICON Task Order.

  • Delivering solutions to complex problems faced by the ICON mission partners, including talent pipeline identification and implementation, scouting new technologies, and identifying improvements across various projects.

  • A crucial role in facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration between Government, industry, academia, and other project stakeholders to drive measurable innovation results.

  • Accountable for monitoring and reporting on the technical execution of ICON projects, including providing the Government with technical data, reports, analyses, and recommendations aligned with the requirements and objectives of the ICON Task Order.

Basic qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field. TS clearance with eligibility for SCI at the time of proposal submission.

  • A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) in leading the prototyping, development, T&E, and transition of technologies in support of offensive and/or defensive cyberspace operations.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading technical execution on programs over $100M in value; a minimum of five (5) years of experience on geographically distributed, high-value, high-impact programs containing IT, cyber, and C6ISR scope; a minimum of five (5) years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing efforts similar in size, scope, and complexity; experience managing multiple places of performance worldwide with a dispersed workforce, frequent procurement of materials and equipment, and employee relations (including subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Masters/PhD. Patents/Published Author in field of study.

  • Experience working directly for or in a key external stakeholder role as a PI or at a cyber start-up.

  • A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) implementing automation, analytics, big data platforms, or cyber weapons in support of cyberspace operations.

  • A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) delivering non-traditional or commercial capabilities to solve cyber-related DoD and/or intelligence problems.

  • A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) contributing to or developing published material or white papers on cyber topics and technologies.

Security clearance requirement:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
