salary: $17 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack parts orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requests or internal requisitions.

• Utilize order picking systems and equipment to ensure timely order completion.

• Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of parts.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Quality Control:

• Inspect parts for damage or defects before packing and shipping.

• Report discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors for resolution.

• Packaging and Labeling:

• Package parts securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

• Use packaging materials in an environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner.

• Shipping and Receiving:

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.

• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other shipping documents as required.

• Order Tracking:

• Maintain accurate records of shipped and received orders.

• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers or internal stakeholder

• Computer Skills & Customer Service:

• Proficiency in using computerized systems for label creation and order verification.

• Client facing for picking up orders.

• bilingual: SPANISH AND ENGLISH A MUST
