AGS Youth Soccer Club Soccer Coach and Development Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Job Duties - Conduct soccer training sessions for toddlers and youth, integrating kinesiology principles to optimize physical development and skill learning. - Utilize biomechanical and physiological expertise to enhance player's; techniques, strength, and flexibility. - Lead injury prevention strategies, educating young athletes on maintaining physical health. - Assess player development in areas like physical fitness, motor skills, and coordination. - Collaborate with the head of curriculum to ensure lesson plans incorporate biomechanical safety for very young bodies. - Adapt coaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and physical abilities, ensuring inclusive and effective training. - Provide personalized feedback to each child, focusing on their physical and skill development
Requirements Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, Sports Coaching, Sports Science, or Health and Wellness. 36 months coaching soccer to children of any age of which 12 months should be experience in coaching soccer to children under the age of 4.
