Professional office is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist. The position is full time Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The company will provide some benefits after a 90 day probationary period that includes 100% employer paid medical and paid time off. The starting pay is up to $40,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will be mature, professional and reliable. Applicants should be interested in reception duties and enjoy this role as their career. To qualify for this role you must have advanced computer skills, experience managing a very busy business calendar and experienced with coordinating between internal departments.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role for the company and is a highly respected position. The receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls from business clients, becoming familiar with them, transferring calls, taking messages or assisting with concerns or emergencies. Sign for deliveries, open and post mail daily, create shipping labels, and provide shipping details to coworker/sender. Report to Office Manager and Branch Manager. You will assist on weekly reports, preparation of presentations, some document management and extensive data entry. The receptionist also oversees company office supplies.

Requirements Polished and professional appearance and demeanor No less than 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Secretary High School Diploma or GED Advanced computer skills Type no less than 40 wpm Mature, reliable and trustworthy Longevity with past employers
