Job Description

As a Wireless Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Aruba wireless network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize network performance, and ensure robust security. Additionally, you will support and manage WebEx services and collaborate with other IT teams for seamless network integration. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong technical background, experience with wireless technologies, and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends. This position hourly rate is between $70-85 and requires up to 25% travel.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience in network engineering

In-depth knowledge of Aruba Wireless Hardware; including Wi-Fi configurations standards RF planning and principles, Aruba AirWatch

Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).

Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and network security

Cisco routers and switches

VMWare

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA Wireless, CWAP) null
