Robert Half is looking for a Marketing Assistant with strong organizational and communication skills to support the Marketing, Account Management teams, and Designers at an organization in the detail oriented Services industry. One main part of this Marketing Assistant position is to work closely with agency partners, performing day-to-day administrative duties, scheduling and coordinating marketing projects and other specified marketing functions as needed. This is a Marketing Assistant job for a detail-oriented candidate looking to grow their career in the creative space who has demonstrated the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. How you will make an impact

• Help out with finding new companies and producing contact lists using a range of networking tools, as well as organizing existing contact lists.

• Update and edit annual marketing and media calendars

• Oversee, file, and store all marketing collateral and press coverage

• Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns.- Work with the account management team to craft successful research ideas and plans

Requirements - Less than one year of experience required

• Ability to handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment

• Strong writing, time management, and organizational skills

• Ample experience with marketing collateral and proposal writing

  • Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

  • Proficiency in Marketing Activities

  • Communication experience

  • Review monitoring experience desired

  • Knowledge of project management
