Citrix Lead Sales Ops Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Responsibilities: - Lead Sales Operations function for Spotfire and Jaspersoft in the respective region/territory - Provide sales support for order form generation, quote/cart creation, subscription and licenses model conversions, quote validation and approvals - Assist sales, provide guidance to sales to structure deals and validate quotes in line with the Delegation of Authority, Corporate guidelines on ARR growth and 606 accounting - Manage forecasting process within the region/BU - Monitor sales hygiene in CRM and work with sales leaders to correct any errors - Validate and manage deal desk approvals - Provide state of the business in terms of ARR, EAR and ACV/TCV - Manage territory planning and AE targets setting process - Provide sales/sales ops information for the QBR and AOP process for respective region/territory - Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote/order form process working with cross department stake holders - Onboard new hire AEs on systems and processes - Enable AEs on best practices - Contribute to updating the Sales Operations Playbook Experience: - Minimum of 5 years working in software industry experience - Experience with working with sales, customers and partners - Being able to identify the business needs, analyze data, sanity check the data/information and provide recommendations and further insights to the business - Experience with sales compensation -Have a good understanding of software licensing metrics and software contracts and ideally 606 accounting -Working in an international or global environment is a pre -Good skills in Microsoft Office/Google apps and experience with SFDC/Oracle CRM -Be able to work flexible hours - The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, be self-motivated, have a structured and methodical way of working Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $124,998-$187,498 CA generally ranges: $130,432-$195,648 All other locations fall under our General State range: $108,694-$163,042 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
