I am partnered with a Fortune 500 organization who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of cutting-edge web applications, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into development processes.

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure for deployment and scaling of applications.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Expertise in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails).

• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
