Customer Onboarding Specialist West Palm Beach, FL

ARC Group seeks a Customer Onboarding Specialist for direct client to work in their West Plam Beach, FL offices. As the Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the client's Sales Operations Team. Your primary responsibilities will involve qualifying leads, managing the initial stages of the sales process, and ensuring a seamless transition for potential accounts for the sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts.

Coordinator Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification:Evaluate and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with their business needs.
• Customer Flow Management:Track and oversee the flow of new customers generated through marketing efforts.
• Integration Support:Facilitate the smooth integration of new accounts into the Sales Team.
• Cross-Functional Liaison:Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Lead Conversion:Drive efforts to efficiently transition high-quality leads into active accounts.
• Engagement:Maintain active communication with prospects through creative follow-up strategies.
• Performance Metrics:Monitor and analyze key metrics related to lead generation and conversion.
• Customer Service:Participate in day-to-day customer service tasks to uphold customer satisfaction.

Coordinator Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving lead conversions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of sales and customer service practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for achieving results.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft programs is a plus.
