Robert Half Client Services Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description We are in search of a Client Services Coordinator to be based in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida location. This role is centered around providing top-notch client services within the Sales/Brokerage industry. The position involves a blend of responsibilities including handling client inquiries, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and developing marketing campaigns. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process client applications and manage client records with high accuracy.

• Follow-up with brokers to ensure smooth operation of our services.

• Handle numerical data and prepare vouchers as needed.

• Coordinate the ordering of signage for properties, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Develop and distribute tour books and surveys to clients and potential clients.

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement.

• Utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to support marketing and client service efforts.

• Leverage communication skills to resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a detail oriented demeanor and demonstrate dependability in all interactions.

• Utilize skills in commercial real estate and brokerage to provide top-tier service to clients. Requirements • Must have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members

• Sales skills are essential to drive business growth and client retention

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is necessary for creating and editing client materials

• Experience with 'About Time' software for time management and project tracking

• Ability to conduct and analyze surveys to gather client feedback and improve services

• Knowledge of commercial real estate and brokerage will be advantageous

• detail oriented demeanor to represent the company in all client interactions

• Experience with prescreening clients to ensure service suitability

• Understanding of EO/IR systems for efficient client service coordination

• Laptop hardware knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining personal work equipment

• Experience with email campaigns and voucher systems for promotional activities

• Adobe InDesign skills for creating visually appealing client materials

• Proficiency in conducting drug tests as part of client health and safety measures

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
