Our client is currently in search of a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS Connect to join their dynamic team. While their preference is for this role to be located at our global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL, they are open to considering remote candidates who are the right fit. Their organization is a leader in harnessing the capabilities of the public cloud ecosystem through comprehensive consulting and cutting-edge managed services. You will collaborate with industry experts and play a crucial role in transforming their clients' businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES':

-Gain deep understanding of our IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, primarily centered around leading public cloud providers like AWS and Microsoft Azure.

-Lead the implementation of new customer solutions, ranging from swift integrations with our SaaS offerings to more intricate projects involving the migration or optimization of customer environments in the Public Cloud.Act as a technical authority, guiding customers through their implementation process and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our products, services, and operations.

-Adhere to stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while providing support for mission-critical applications.

-Collaborate with customer technical teams, spearheading initiatives and serving as the subject matter expert.

-Contribute to the technical community through avenues such as blog posts, webinars, and social media

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer

-Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience creating Amazon Connect call flows and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems

-Demonstrated experience in designing, constructing, or supporting a hosted product/service in AWS Connect

-Proficiency with AWS native services that integrate with AWS Connect, including Lambda, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, RDS, and DynamoDB null
