Randstad Business Professionals is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for stable company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This person must be able to work well in a fast paced environment, work independently as well as work well in a team. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and invoices and check requests.

• B2B collections

• Posting payments

• Reconcile vendor statements

• Bank reconciliations

• Process checks, wire transfers and ACH payments.

• Monitor payments and ensure they are up to date

• Resolve discrepancies.
