salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

• Reconcile account balances and bank statements, resolving any discrepancies promptly.

• Assist with tax preparation and yearly audits.

• Support with budget preparation and preparing the monthly budget variance analyses

• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
