Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. ST-IC-W6RFAA US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD. This position is located with the US Intelligence & Security Command, 706th Military Intelligence Group at Fort Eisenhower / Columbia / Georgia Responsibilities Conduct Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence analysis for U.S. Central, European, and Special Operations Commands. Develop junior analysts and reporters, create training programs, and provide target-related briefings. Serve as a senior Cryptologic Order-of-Battle Technician, advising on SIGINT traffic analysis and reporting practices. Serve as organization Intelligence Oversight Officer, ensuring compliance with SIGINT data handling rules and report any incidents. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting signals intelligence communications. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-11) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analysis and Production Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Collection Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Dissemination Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
