Akima Cyberspace Operations Analyst in Fort Eisenhower, Georgia

Responsibilities
Assists Army Capability Manager Cyber (ACM Cyber) in requirements management and provide technical expertise in one or more fields of Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE), and/or Information Advantage (IA):
Provides quality control of programmatic, technical, and analytical support to the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) writing and staffing process.
Oversees requirements working groups with customers at strategic, operational, and tactical echelons (e.g., ARCYBER, USCYBERCOM, Army Futures Command, TRADOC, FORSCOM, HQDA) to identify doctrinal, organizational, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) considerations for ACM Cyber requirements.
Ensures integration, interoperability, and deconfliction of ACM Cyber requirements in evaluation, exercise, experimentation, and testing events.
Provides technical expertise to ensure integration, interoperability, and deconfliction of ACM Cyber requirement support documents (e.g., Basis of Issue Guidance (BOIG) systems fielding plans, systems architecture support).
Coordinates research and writing products among ACM Cyber branches (e.g., meeting notes, executive summaries, after action reviews, and trip reports, white papers).
Reviews and adjudicates Comment Resolution Matrices (CRM).
Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience integrating or conducting cyberspace operations and information operations for friendly forces in and through the cyber domain
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with requirements and capability development documentation and approval processes
(Optional – preferred) A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Cyberspace Operations
Education: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, information systems management, information technology, computer programming, or other relevant information technology (IT) related degree.
Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree as determined by the COR.
Possess at least one of the following certifications:
One or more IAT Level III certifications
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
GIAC® Penetration Tester (GPEN)
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OCSP)
CISSP or CISM
Computer Network Defender Service Provider (CNDSP) analyst,
CNDSP Infrastructure Support
CNDSP incident responder
CNDSP auditor
CNDSP manager accordance with 8570.1M.
Military Service Intermediate Level Education or civilian equivalent; Senior Service College or civilian equivalent is optional but preferred.
Will complete Defense Acquisition University online courses RQM 1010 (formerly CLR 101) Introduction to JCIDS, and RQM 1101 (formerly RQM 110) Core Concepts for Requirements Management within 30 days of employment.
Security: Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Proficiencies:
Knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
Knowledge of Joint and service Signal/Communications organizations and their functions
Knowledge of Cyberspace Operations related Army/Joint Doctrine and policies
Ability to coordinate input from stakeholder organizations and synthesize information into specified deliverable products
Ability to edit documents for correct grammar and format
Knowledge in computer automation software (have a working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Spreadsheets, Outlook, Outlook Calendars, etc.)
