Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Finance Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to another leader within the finance organization and is responsible for designated finance activities that are relatively broad in scope. Designated finance activities may include, but are not limited to, various areas of financial accounting and reporting and/or financial planning and analysis. This position covers scope of activities that are considered financially significant to the company, using criteria similar to that used to determined financial significance for Sarbanes-Oxley purposes, which may include multiple sites, a single site, or a major portion of a business group. This position also works across business groups in various areas. This position may also participate in due diligence and post acquisition activities for the group or for other groups

What You Will Be Doing Leads a team of finance professionals and/or supervisors to achieve the objectives of assigned responsibilities, driving a lean/continuous improvement climate Effectively manages department resources by recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing team members, with consideration of career opportunities as assignments are made Responsible for accounting processes, leading to the timely and accurate reporting of financial results for the specific responsibility area and in compliance with established internal control guidelines for a scope of activity that would be considered financially significant, similarly to Sarbanes-Oxley criteria Leads team of cost accounting professionals throughout annual cost roll process and provides ongoing support as it relates to operational, accounting transactions Provides guidance and support of accounting professionals for sales, use and other statutorily required tax

What We Are Looking For US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) required US - Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) in Business Administr tion preferred 5+ years Accounting and financial experience that includes progressively more complex assignments or projects required Substantive experience leading others required
