The Quarter Project Of Northern Colorado Executive Director in Fort Collins, Colorado

Provides leadership by overseeing all aspects of curriculum, implementation, evaluation, and cultural competence for the purposes of engaging with diversity in the after-school STEM programs. Supervises instructional strategies for inclusive STEM teaching practices. Supervises internships and philanthropic projects with partners. Coordinates with teachers and volunteers. Plans curriculum. Organizes all preparations for classes. Teaches a portion of the after-school programs to include mindfulness activities for healthy mental state of mind. Writes grants and grant reports. Assists in organizing and executing fundraising and long-term planning for growth. Coordinates and mentor's staff. Communicates with the outreach coordinators to collaborate on volunteer management. Builds and maintains connections with community partners. Organize and execute fundraising activities. Build relationships with donors and solicit donations. Assists and convenes board member recruitment and meetings. *Supervision duties are inherent to position.

Bachelor's degree in English, Educational Management and Leadership, STEM Education Field, Education or related field. Two (2) years related experience as a Lecturer, Instructor, Professor or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: Utilizing online teaching platform for training and analytic software (i.e.: Dedoose); Teaching marginalized populations in educational settings; Integrating ethical and character education in STEM education; Conducting workshops for training purposes; and Performing grant and research writing. *25% Remote - Employee must reside in the same city of the organization.
