ACS (Advanced Compute & Solutions) is seeking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure the security of our components and overall security of our solutions. The Cybersecurity Engineer will work independently and have accountability for deploying tools, improving security posture, and helping with compliance as we work towards Cybersecurity certifications. The Cybersecurity Engineer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and will require a strong sense of accountability. You will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to ensuring the security of our components and overall security of our solution.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Implements and maintains security tools and processes for AI & Software Development

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and define AI project cybersecurity goals

  • Collaborate and consult with HP cybersecurity group(s)

  • Consult on architectural decisions for software development

  • Analyzes vulnerabilities, attacks, or threats to determine risk, adversary intent, and prioritize mitigation or response. 

  • Owns resolution of security issues related to security vulnerabilities, incidents, and threats. 

  • Provide cybersecurity expertise in AI strategy and decision-making

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners organizations.

Required experience and skills: 

  • In-depth Cyber and AI & Software Security Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with AI Architecture, AI engineer with focus on technology integrations.

  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

  • In-depth understanding of Cyber security risks, threats, and prevention measures. 

  • In depth Software Architecture experience and skills.

  • In-depth understanding of relevant programming and scripting languages (GoLand, python, HTML, JavaScript, etc.). 

  • In-depth understanding of Agile practices for Software Development

  • In-depth understanding of security standards and best practices. 

  • Experience in popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI development and deployment.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered. 

  • Strong experience in Software security practices

  • Must have strong experience with software architecture and software development

  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant experience. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,050.00 -- $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
