TEKsystems Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Fort Collins, Colorado

TEKsystems has an exciting new opportunity for a bilingual customer support representative for a clinic in Fort Collins. Please apply if you have previous call center experience or experience taking a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a prior role and are looking for an opportunity to break into or continue working in a healthcare environment!

Description:

80-100 patient calls per day.

Verifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions, working with doctors to maximize schedules, and eventually being trained to help triage optical issues.

Providing exceptional and fast customer service to help assist patients in seeing a physician.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Previous call center experience preferred

Knowledge of typical office work environment.
