Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk in the Healthcare industry based in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. This role involves managing and processing customer credit applications within the social assistance and hospital sector, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving credit inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly

• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary

• Reconciling accounts as part of the role

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks

• Managing billing and data entry tasks

• Processing invoices and utilizing Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP and Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics for various tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar position within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience in billing processes and procedures

• Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Experience in invoice processing and managing financial records

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting and financial management

• Experience with SAP for business process management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics for business solutions

• Ability to uphold ethical standards and handle sensitive information confidentially

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
