Summary This position is located at Underwood Golf Complex Fort Bliss TX. Responsibilities Clean kitchen equipment such as work tables, sinks, refrigerators, dishes, pots and pans. Performs a full range of simple cooking by preparing and cooking items of a short menu lists. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding. Paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, flouring and breading. Process customer transactions on a POS system. Basic set-up for event/parties. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory, Experience meeting qualification requirements MUST be reflected in resume to be considered eligible.
