Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Clinical Market Trainer for Urgent Care like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

You will:

  • Lead Training Programs: You'll spearhead the delivery of comprehensive training programs, aligning them with our strategic goals and market needs

  • Conduct Needs Assessments: Assess training needs, design customized interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training efforts

  • Manage Projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to competency and operational standards

  • Deliver Training: Facilitate diverse training methods, including instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions for clinic-based teams

  • Track Training Records: Maintain and track all local colleague training records using our electronic learning management system

  • Schedule Classes: Post and manage training schedules, and inform market leaders about staff performance, including re-training needs and exceptional achievements

  • Support New Clinics: Assist with training for new clinic openings and acquisitions, coordinating local education events as needed

  • Develop Preceptors and Provisional Instructors: Partner with market leaders to select, develop, and coach preceptors, ensuring new colleagues have a solid training plan

  • Ensure Compliance: Work with centralized resources and quality teams to ensure clinics meet core service requirements and adhere to quality standards

  • Advocate for Improvement: Promote changes and improvements in local training structures and resources to support our mission and enhance service delivery

You Should Have:

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse ( RN ), Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ), or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) is required

  • 3 years plus clinical experience working in urgent care setting, retail space, specialty practice, or hospital outpatient services setting is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred

  • This role will be required to travel up to 75% within the entire Houston market and to other markets is required

  • Experience as a preceptor is preferred

  • Understanding of X-ray operation and process is preferred

  • Knowledge of Occupational Medicine processed is preferred
