Senior Security Management Advisor

The following is an opportunity to provide your expertise to Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches.

QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Seven years of experience applying security standards that apply to SCI Facilities (SCIFs) as outlined in ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, and DoD Manual 5105.21

  • Experience developing and interpreting security policy for Senior Level Government and Industry personnel

  • Four years’ of experience utilizing Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Joint Clearance and Access Verification System (JCAVS)

  • TS/SCI Clearance

  • Experience in developing in-depth Collateral/SCI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)

  • Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes

  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings to ensure facilities meet security requirements - Experience evaluating and processing approvals/accreditations for Tactical SCIFs (T-SCIF), Secure working Areas (SWA), and Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA)

Highly desired

  • Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • Deployment and operational experience OCONUS and preferred Security Fundamentals Professional Certification

  • Completed Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Physical Security course (or equivalent)

  • Completed Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) SSO course (or equivalent)
