At ACT-I, our people make the difference. As a Senior Program Analyst, supporting the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G-8, you will provide senior level expertise for financial planning and program analysis supporting the following intelligence programs and disciplines:
National Intelligence Program (NIP) and sub-programs.
Consolidated Cryptologic Program (CCP).
General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP).
Foreign Counterintelligence Program (FCIP).
National Geospatial Program (NGP).
Military Intelligence Program (MIP).
Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
Imagery Intelligence (IMINT).
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).
In this role, a typical day will include:
Developing, preparing, reviewing, analyzing, coordinating, and maintaining data for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Identifying programmatic intelligence and security shortfalls for the development, coordination, and justification of comprehensive strategies to resource these shortfalls in the years of execution, the budget year, and across the fiscal years.
Analyzing and maintaining INSCOM-approved data by utilizing standard Army Programming databases such as:
Training Resource Module (TRM)
Program Optimization and Budget Evaluation (PROBE)
Resource Requirements Management System (R2MS)
Integrated Resource Management Information System (IRMIS).
You must be able to analyze and communicate complex and detailed information with multiple offices within the Pentagon and National Agencies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Management is required.
A Master’s degree in a discipline related to Accounting, Business, Finance or Management is highly desired.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of DOD financial management experience within the Intelligence Community.
You must have completed a Fiscal Law, PPBE and Intelligence Resource Management courses.
Previous experience supporting INSCOM or other major commands (or equivalent) G-8 or J-8 staff elements is highly desired.
Must be a US Citizen.
An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
