MAG Mid-Level Administrative Support Analyst (Fort Belvoir, VA) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
Position Summary
We are seeking ahighly experienced and passionateMid-LevelAdministrative Support Analystto servein a Product Office foralargeU.S. Army SETA contractat Fort Belvoir. Thishigh-level professionalwill providecomprehensive executive support, including managing sensitive information, coordinating travel, and handling human resources tasks for senior leadership. This role requires advanced skills in document preparation, calendar management, office administration, contributing toeffectiveorganizational communication and efficiency. Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide senior executive level secretarial,administrative,human resource, and travel support
Manage leader calendars using MS Outlook
Provide administrative/general office support and leadership
Prepare a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve thegeneral qualityand effectiveness of communication
Produce meeting minutes, including agenda, attendees, andproceedings
Assist PM withdeliverables and othercontract-related administrativetasks
Requirements
High School Diploma and > 5years' experience in an administrative role
Current SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, andPowerPoint)
Demonstratedproficiencyin the Defense Travel System (DTS) witha minimum oftwo years'hands-on experience
Typing speed of 50 words per minute with95% accuracy
Exceptional command of Englishspelling and grammar
Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Current U.S.bluepassport andability to travel (CONUSandOCONUS) up to5%
Adherence to program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual)whenworking remotely

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
