CACI is seeking a cleared IT Desktop Support Specialist to support an Army Program Executive Office at Fort Belvoir, VA. You’ll help manage and support day-to-day Information Technology and communications functions, and assets and coordinate with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) - Fort Belvoir. You will respond to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems; processing requests for access and deactivation; and forwarding trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Help coordinate IT desktop support functions for projects involving multiple organizations
Assist with teleconference technical support, to include hardware, software, and cloud applications ISO critical meetings
Assist with automation of communication/notification systems and processes
Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops
Assist with user account creation, provisioning, management, verification, and deprovisioning
Submit and track NEC remedy tickets for access, port security, etc.
May research, provide recommendations, and coordinate purchases of hardware and software
Help manage PEO HQ software licenses
Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates
May provide IT advisory support to physical building projects lead by Operations Directorate
Coordinate for mobile device (smart phones, tablets, etc.) activation and support
May submit work orders to activate and support wired telephones
Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, and docking stations
Repair and restore data files, decrypt inaccessible files, migrate data for projects, apply and troubleshoot permissions
For VTC equipment and infrastructure, manage and provide operator-level troubleshooting and coordinate for preventive maintenance and warranty support
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field
Greater than 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Windows desktop operating systems, Dell hardware, and Microsoft Office
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users by telephone and email.
Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field
Security+ certification
Previous experience supporting an Army Project or Product Manager office

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
