CACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Analyst with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience to support an Army Program Office at Ft Belvoir, VA. Assist in FMS case management. Assist in the development of Acquisition and Contracting documents, which may include J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, and D&F. Secret clearance required.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Assist in acquisition management across an entire product line

  • Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases

  • Assist with preparation and staffing all Milestone documentation

  • Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command

  • Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations

  • Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products

  • Assist in preparation and management of the program budget and master schedule

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree and >4 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with FMS Case Management

  • Familiarity with DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :

  • Prior experience supporting US Army Project Office

Work Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (2 days per week, fully remote work not authorized)

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
