What You\'ll Do: Be the First Point of Contact: Provide professional, friendly service to all customers and distribution partners. Solve Problems: Address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal departments to manage orders, special projects, and customer requests. Keep Accurate Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system. Support & Improve: Help improve processes and provide general site support for SpaceNet and Configura to our distribution partners. Required Skills What We\'re Looking For: Experience: 2-4 years of customer service experience, with a strong ability to stay calm and flexible under pressure. Education: An associate\'s degree in business or equivalent relevant experience. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with modern ERP and CRM systems. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Team Player: Someone who excels at working collaboratively and can think outside the box to challenge the status quo.
