STERLING BLOWER CO Press Brake Operator - 1st Shift in Forest, Virginia
Must be able to set up and run CNC machine.
Must be able to read and check job traveler to proper job.
Must be able to identify and match material to job traveler.
Must be able to read blueprints and set up machine in a timely manner to produce parts to paint.
QC parts to confirm parts are correct to print.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to operate forklift or hand truck in a safe manner Read job traveler and check shop order to parts Check the type of material and thickness for correct cust part Check the revision on cust print Make sure machine program matches to job Make sure parts are laid out correctly Follow proper safety rules Set up machine safely and correctly Must determine what punch an ddie to use to match cust print Must be able to perform many rapid changeovers in machine Must check parts and have first piece checked off by another operator Stack parts, tag parts correctly Stack parts safely for shipping Able to fractions to decimals Able to millimeters into decimals. Use tapeline and calipers to check parts Must know and follow all ISO quality procedures to directly relate to your work area
