Description Position at Lifespark Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant)/ TMAs to join our growing team. Birchwood Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors. Location: 604 NE First Street, Forest Lake MN 55125 CNA Wage:$21-$26 depending on years of experience. TMA Wage: $22-$27 depending on years of experience. Shifts available: Full-time or Part-Time evening shifts available only. Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000 for FT and $500 for PT Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
