INTERNATIONAL PAPER-FDL CONTAINER Production Associate in FOND DU LAC, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Looking for a great job at a stable company with excellent benefits? International Paper in Fond du Lac, WI has Production Associate positions (Miscellaneous Labor) with a starting hourly wage of \$21.54. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid \$22.50 to \$27.29, rate of pay is based on the job they perform. Plus receive a \$1,000 Sign-On Bonus! \$500 after 30 days, \$500 after 6 months This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our workplace requires individuals have a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Even if you have no experience running equipment, that\'s ok! You will be trained on all aspects of your job. Shift Information: Must be open to working both 2nd and 3rd shift during hire. Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need once you officially start. You will begin on 1st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: o Following safety policies and procedures. o Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner. o Reading factory orders o Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment. o Consistent quality and count inspection of a product. o Ability to practice great factory housekeeping. o Ability to work overtime as needed. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
