Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Flushing, New York. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with managing and organizing information, entering data into our proprietary database, and maintaining attention to detail throughout all your duties. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data from various reports into our proprietary database.

• Maintain precise records of entered data.

• Address and resolve any issues or queries related to the data entered.

• Regularly monitor and update customer accounts as needed.

• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Show a consistent level of attention to detail during data entry processes.

• Learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.

• Manage large volumes of information without compromising data accuracy.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all customer information.

• Collaborate with the team to meet data entry deadlines. Requirements • Proficient in using data entry software and tools

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk

• Excellent typing skills with high level of accuracy

• Familiarity with office software and data programs

• Attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Problem-solving skills to address data-related issues.
