Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC Human Resources Manager in Florida

Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders and mental health issues. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for general HR Operations to include employee inquiries, policy updates and managing the workers’ compensation and leaves of absence processes.

  • Responds to employee email, telephone and HR ticketing system inquiries in a timely manner, escalating inquiries when needed.

  • Conducts Exit Interviews and maintains information reporting system to identify areas for improvement.

  • Manages the Workers’ Compensation process beginning with the reporting of incident through closure of the case.

  • Manages the Leave of Absence process (including Personal, FMLA, Medical Non-FMLA, Military).

  • Owner of job descriptions to include assisting with creating new job descriptions and changes to existing job descriptions as needed.

  • Compile and prepare reports as requested

  • All other duties and / or tasks as requested.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources. Experience in behavioral healthcare industry or healthcare industry strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and
